Welcome, and thanks for visiting. These terms cover your use of this website: browsing it, trying the demo, and getting in touch with us. Rhomi is a general partnership based in Metro Vancouver, British Columbia. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

This website tells you about Rhomi and what we do: building and looking after websites for local businesses. The information here, including pricing, plans, and timelines, is for general guidance and may change. Nothing on this site is a binding offer or contract on its own. If we work together, the details of that service will be agreed between us directly.

Our demo builds a sample website preview from a few answers you give. It's there to show you what's possible. The previews use placeholder content and sample designs. They're illustrations, not a finished website or a guarantee of what we'll deliver.

Please use this site for its intended purpose. Don't try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it, and don't scrape or copy it to pass off as your own. Don't use it to do anything unlawful.

The design, text, graphics, and code on this site belong to Rhomi, unless noted otherwise. Please don't reuse them without our permission. Of course, once we build a site for a client, that client owns their own site and content, which is covered by our separate agreement with them, not these terms.

When you email us through the site, you're starting a conversation, not signing anything. We'll reply, and any work we take on will be agreed separately.

We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rhomi isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under British Columbia law.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of British Columbia.
